Don’t really see the difference between 2010 and 2009, but I have to upgrade since my CPA does. It works well, I like syncing with bank of america, other banks also sync with it.

Be very aware, Quickbooks has CHANGED their support policy. I have been a quickbooks users for many years. In the last version I purchased they allowed 1 free month of customer support. I was expanding our use of Quickbooks and knew I would have questions so I purchased the new version thinking I would have the same 1 month. NO WAY. They now require you first to supply your request online, get a case number, then call in only to be told they will not answer any support questions unless you purchase theiur $79.00 support plan for 1 month or they have even more expensive versions. If I had known this I would have stayed with our 2008 version of Quckbooks and just purchased the $79. Now I’m out the $237 and still will have to pay the $79.00
