worth the upgrade or initial purchase.If you are not using Quickbooks you are loosing Money!

Product continues to perform at stellar rate. Enhancements improve product, not make it more cumbersome. To me, no better product out there for small businesses.

As secretary/recorder of 7 fraternal organizations, administration of annual dues was a major problem in the past. The 2009 Premier Non-Profit version allows not only administration of dues and past due amounts, but also allows invoices to be created which split dues between local and state organization portions in a single transaction. This is a great time saver and for the 2009 dues cycle which began in August (concurrent with the first beta cycle of Quickbooks 2009), the dreaded dues administration job lost the stigma of the past and is now almost enjoyable. What used to take days now takes hours. Terrific product for non-profits!

I have used Quickbooks for about ten years and have never been happy with their products and especially their customer services. They obviously need some good system designers and new management. I have read all of the reviews and the picture is awful. I long ago came to the conclusion that Intuit is run by physchopaths and apparently always will be. They obviously do not care for their customers, only their profit. If you think their accounting products are terrible, try retrieving your old tax records from one of their tax products. I would never use their tax preparation products. If you are considering their products or if you can convert to another product I highly recommend that you do so. They obviously are never going to change and be a good company.
