I purchased this tax program due to cost. Well, I did not even come close to getting my money's worth.
It would reject the employer's ID number on the W2 form.. Nothing I tried would work. I went back and
reviewed last years W2 and the employer's ID number was the same. Last year, I used Turbo Tax and never had a
problem.... I sent an e-mail to the e-mail address and never received a reply.. If you cannot enter
the information from the W2 form, you cannot do anything.. UGGH! Let this be a lesson.. Turbo tax may cost
more, but it is time proven to work and when you count the frustration from the cheap, non working junk..
Turbo Tax is beginning to look like a bargin...

Thought it would be easy and basic to use- I tried for about 2 hours, I could not go back and correct anything without logging out and in again, and I could not easily go back and check my work. It did not find the most basic deductions and my taxes were way higher had I spent $200.00 something for a professional at H.R. Block. I finally went to Turbo Tax and it asked me everything, easy to maneuver the sight and took all my deductions. Call it a learning curve, I was able to down load Turbo Tax from their website without waiting for the disc to come in the mail, so this year I had to buy two tax programs- Turbo Tax was amazing-OnePriceTaxes is a One Price mega head ache!

Have used TurboTax in the past and decided to switch this year to try and save a little $$. So sorry I did. Oneprice Taxes has been frustrating to say the least. It does not allow you to go back to make changes (or just check on a previous entry) easily. Attempting to put in some dividend info was not possible even though I was on the page that claims it coincided with my 1099-DIV statement. I never got as far as far as trying the state return portion. I am regretting switching to a different software and will go back to TurboTax and stick with it. Lesson learned!

According to OnePriceTaxes customer support, this software will only allow one return for the OnePrice. If you want to prepare returns for your children or parents you will have to pay again for each return. Also, it does not give you the option of filing on paper, only e-File. Pretty basic and not very versatile.
